Nothing happens until our designers know what they're working with. So as soon as you're ready, give us a call and we'll have one of our guys come out to measure your windows and get a clear picture of what you want.
Once your windows have been measured and you've decided what materials you would like us to use, one of our office secretaries will contact you with an estimate. If you would like to make any changes or adjustments, please be sure to discuss them at this time before we bill you for your deposit.
This is the part where we bring your vision to life. Production is when we cut and carve your shutters, weld your roller shades, and do a quality check to make sure everything is perfect before moving on to the next step.
After production has finished, a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss the best time to install your shutters/roller shades.
As soon as we receive your stamp of approval, one of our office secretaries will contact you to discuss your final bill and payment options. Should any shutters or roller shades we install be defective, we will repair or replace them free of charge within the first year.
