"Marshall’s Smart Shades provides a one (1) year labor warranty on all custom fabrications. Component warranties (5–10 years) are passed through from Somfy, Alpha, Phifer, Mermet, and Senbesta. Marshall’s will facilitate hardware replacement for Dealers; however, labor and shipping for component swaps after the first year will be billed at standard wholesale service rates."
